  • Heather Jackson Owner Barre Belle Mind and Body Fitness LLC.

    My name is Heather Jackson, and I am the founder of Barre Belle Mind and Body Fitness. I am an ACE certified group fitness instructor. I decided to focus my certification in Barre Fitness, because of my love of dance and fitness. I have 20 years of dance experience and 7 years of dance instruction. I started my fitness journey not only for my physical health, but also my mental health. I am a mother of 3 beautiful children and understand what it feels like being pulled in all directions and trying to make time to take care of yourself. My goal is to help you, by creating a safe , non judgmental community where we can encourage, educate, uplift and help each other find calm while building strength and confidence. I can not wait to meet you at the BARRE.

  • Ashley Hartman Pilates/Yoga instructor

    Ashley is a local mom of a wonderful little boy. Shes lived in Canal Winchester for the past 10 years. Ashley is a 200hr certified yoga instructor as well as certified in many other group fitness formats. She has been teaching yoga for 10 years. She started practicing yoga to strengthen her body and mind and truly enjoys teaching yoga and believes in its value. Yoga is what she does, recommends, teaches and truly loves her craft.

  • Becca Stephens Yoga Instructor, reiki practitioner and wellness coach

    Becca has been helping people of all ages to improve their health and wellbeing since 1993. Becca finds joy and healing in nature; in particular, she enjoys hiking, trail running, mountain biking, skiing, and paddleboarding. Becca recently moved to Canal Winchester from NH where she owned a yoga studio for the past 10 years. She wishes to connect with the community and share the benefits of yoga and mindfulness with all. Becca advocates that yoga is for everybody, and she is committed to sharing yoga and mindfulness-based tools for positive body image, emotional resilience, and mindful eating so that we can all live with a calm mind and healthy body.
